Since I’ve been a child, I have always loved prawns. This left my dear mother scrambling to find different recipes to keep me satisfied.
Prawn Fry Recipe

Main Ingredients:

Ingredients
Prawns - 1kg, cleaned and de-veined
Allam Velluvi Paste - 2 tsp
Zeera - 1/4 tsp
Avalu - 1/4 tsp
Big Salt - 1 tbsp
small onions - 4 to 5
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
pinch garam masala
Grind all the ingredients
At First Clean the Prawns and then boil in a small heat with pinch turmeric powder untill all the prawans are dry and wet. Once completed take all the prawns to another dish.
Heat oil in a kadhai or deep pan. after that once the oil begins to bubble add the
finely minced garlic, onions, and curry leaves sauté for 7 to 8 minutes
till onions are caramelized.
Add the cooked prawns to the caramelized onions and add 2
tsp chilli powder, garam masala and
stir fry for 3 minutes.. Serve hot with rice or as a starter!!
